Anybody who has been in our house when we have tried to brush Hayzey's hair knows how much she 'loves' it happening. Kindy have no issues at all, but Mum and Dad aren't allowed within 5 feet with a hairbrush or hair-ties. After much questioning we finally determined the only difference, apart from the family relationship, is that Kindy brush Hayzey's hair in front of a mirror.
So we tried it. And it works!! She will sit there and stare at herself for as long as it takes. Sometimes she gently pats her hair and calls herself "Beautiful."
