Back to see the physio this morning. What I thought was going to be a 10 minute session to get my knee re-bandaged turned into a 90 minute marathon with two physio's and a referral to see a surgeon tomorrow.
The theory is that I have torn some of the meniscus in my knee. I did something very similar to this in my left knee about 5 years ago. This time it is my right knee. It might settle down with time but maybe it won't.
I have to see my GP later today to get some anti-inflammatory drugs and a referral to the surgeon. Apparently I need the referral to get a Medicare rebate ....
The rest of my body is healthy :-)
