Today was a bit of a nothing doing sort of day. We all got out of bed in dribs and drabs - as usual I was up first, then LGR then Hayz and eventually Mrs G. It was cold - air con is busted (did I mention that earlier? Can't remember).
We bought some suitcases today. They're quite bag - they could easily fit one of the kids inside them. They were also surprisingly cheap. Also picked up a couple of funky locks which should tell us if someone has opened them (allegedly all airports have a master key for them??? If you don't have a 'master key lock' any lock you use just gets smashed open in the event of a search ....). Not overly exciting but enough to keep us amused.
The afternoon consisted of a long ride for LGR (at various points he was convinced he couldn't go any further but he managed) and a nice walk for me.
At some point Aunt LJ and UA arrived to 'borrow' our cot and, in turn, loan us some camping gear. We also had some dinner and all watched in amusement as the kids ran riot through the house :-)
